3.      Results
The more the drops of iodine it takes for the solution to turn blue-black, the higher the concentration of vitamin C it contains. (0.1% takes 28 drops)

3.1    Special observations
  1. The juices of the treated vegetables had different appearances like the raw capsicum was a translucent red while the fried cpsicum was orange and cloudy.
  2. Fried always had one of the highest Vitamin C contents.
